We know the best part of placing an order is waiting for it to arrive. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping your Sunday Maisonette order.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the item and its fulfillment location.
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated standard shipping times are:
U.S.-based products: 2–5 business days
Overseas products: 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated shipping timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Our fulfillment network currently uses weight-based shipping rates, which allows the appropriate shipping charge to be calculated based on the items in your order.
Expedited Shipping
At this time, expedited and overnight shipping are not available.
We recommend placing time-sensitive orders in advance to allow sufficient time for delivery.
Multiple Packages
Your Sunday Maisonette order may arrive in more than one package.
Because our pieces may be fulfilled from different locations, items purchased together may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Don't worry if everything doesn't arrive at once — the rest of your order may still be on its way.
Order Tracking
Once tracking information becomes available, you'll receive an email with your shipping details.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping label has been created.
If your order contains multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information for each package.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United States and U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes, U.S. military bases and APO/FPO addresses.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at sundaymaisonette@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Sunday Maisonette is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We appreciate your patience when unexpected delays occur.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
- Around your delivery location
- With members of your household
- With neighbors, building management, or your mailroom when applicable
- Directly with the shipping carrier
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at sundaymaisonette@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help determine the appropriate next steps.
International Shipping
Sunday Maisonette currently ships within the United States and select U.S. territories. We hope to bring the Maisonette to more destinations in the future.
